This site describes what Iron Phoenix Consulting does and offers two ways to start a conversation: the creator fit check and the practice check. A qualified result opens the corresponding booking page. The result is guidance on whether a conversation is likely to be useful. Either side can reach a different conclusion after speaking.

The Creator Partnership Call and Practice Call are each 30 minutes, free, and carry no obligation on either side. These calls are where both sides decide whether there is a working relationship worth having.

Any engagement begins only when a separate written agreement is signed. That agreement sets the scope, the terms and the fees, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.

The diagnostic is a paid piece of work. The fee is USD 497, payable before the work begins, and it is credited in full against the cost of any engagement that follows from it.

It is refundable in full at any point before the session takes place. After the session, if you have provided the information we asked for, such as your platform exports, have joined the walkthrough call, and you decide the diagnostic was not worth the fee, tell us in writing within seven days of that call and we will refund the fee in full. The decision is yours, and we do not ask you to justify it. A refunded fee is no longer available as a credit. This refund covers the diagnostic only. Revenue outcomes remain dependent on the business and its execution.

The diagnostic includes one session, then a written snapshot as a PDF within five working days, with a walkthrough call offered within five working days of delivery. The call is optional, and it is a condition of the refund after the session. We book it after the free call. It cannot be bought from this page.

The Practice Online Buildout starts from USD 4,997, paid in full before work starts. Scope, price, responsibilities and dates are agreed in writing. The build takes three to six weeks depending on that scope, with a written update each week.

The work covers the offer, pricing, a website where one is needed, content strategy and a dated launch plan. Paid advertising management, writing your lessons, and health, legal or financial claims are outside the scope. We do not guarantee numbers or revenue outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us goes to the competent courts of Ajman.
