The creator fit check and practice check run in your browser. Choosing answers does not submit a form or create a profile. Answers leave the page if you send an enquiry or open a booking link.

If you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email, what the enquiry is about, your message, and the fit-check answers, so that we can give you a useful reply without asking you to repeat yourself.

Netlify Forms processes website enquiries. Opening a booking link transfers selected answers to Cal.com in the booking URL so you can review them in the booking form.

We use enquiry information to discuss potential work with you. You can contact concerns@ironphoenixconsulting.com to ask about information we hold or request its removal.

Creator Partnership Calls and Practice Calls are booked through Cal.com, which handles the booking on our behalf. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, your email address, your time zone, and any answers you give to the booking questions. It creates a calendar event for the call.

The creator booking link prefills what you teach and your preferred involvement. The practice booking link prefills what you teach or coach and what you want online. You can review these answers on Cal.com before submitting a booking.

We see that information so we can hold the call. Cal.com processes it under its own privacy policy, which governs how it stores and handles the data on its systems.

This site uses Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across other sites. It reports totals: how many people visited, which pages, and which sites linked here. We also count primary button clicks, check openings and outcomes, and clicks to book a call. These events carry labels for the action, location or outcome, without your written answers, name or email.

There is no advertising tracking on this site, and no profiling.

Emails sent to rise@ironphoenixconsulting.com reach us with your address and whatever you write in it. We keep it while we are dealing with your enquiry and for as long as we have an ongoing working relationship.

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify records standard server request logs, which can include IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting the site.

Cal.com, Plausible and Netlify, each for the purpose described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Email concerns@ironphoenixconsulting.com and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion covers what is in our own records and the booking record held on our behalf.

There is nothing to delete on the analytics side, because Plausible does not hold anything tied to you.
