I’m curious about the moment someone says, “I’d like to learn from you.” What happens after that is the part I work on.
I started IPC to work on it with creators, coaches and people who teach a skill. In practice that means the offer, the price, and the few steps someone takes before they become a customer.

The reason for IPC
There is a lot to build around the thing you’re good at.
You probably know exactly how you’d teach someone sitting in front of you. Putting a price on it, explaining it on a page, and working out what happens when someone messages to ask about it is a different set of questions. Those happen to be the ones I enjoy.
When we talk, I’ll want to hear what you’ve tried, how your clients find you, and what you’d like the business to support. Fair warning: I ask a lot of questions before I recommend anything. I blame chess for that, where the move that looks obvious is the one I’ve learnt to check twice.
I’ll explain what I think, and what it rests on.
I want to understand your week.
Who do you teach, what do they buy, and how much of your week does it take? I need that picture before I suggest anything you’d have to live with.
You should be able to choose.
The diagnostic includes a smaller route and a route for doing it yourself. I’ll walk you through each one properly, so the decision is yours and you have what you need to make it.
We agree who does what.
You bring the expertise and keep making the teaching material, and I help build the business around it. We write down who owns what before we start, which saves us both an awkward conversation later.
What I bring to the conversation.
I spent six years in agency work across brands, technology and education. That’s where I learnt how positioning, websites and the path to purchase fit together, usually by seeing what happened when they didn’t. There’s more on how I look at a creator’s business on my own site.
I’m also a Certified Expert Coach, accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring. That training shows up in how I listen and how I question an assumption, including my own.
